Dijon Lemon Dressing

April 25, 2023

Dressing up my meals just got a whole lot zestier! My go-to is this Dijon Lemon Dressing. It’s so tangy, thanks to fresh lemon juice. Pair that with the kick of Dijon mustard and a hint of garlic. Add some olive oil and a touch of honey for sweetness, and season with salt and pepper. It’s magic on salads, a boost on veggies, and a must-try on sandwiches. Seriously, give it a try!

Easy to Make Dijon Lemon Dressing

Alright, here’s a heart-to-heart for all my fellow salad aficionados out there: I’m obsessed with dressings that don’t make me pull out the blender or food processor. Why? Because sometimes, you just want that burst of flavor without the hassle. So, with this Dijon Lemon dressing, we’re keeping it simple. Start off by whisking lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic together. Add a hint of honey for a touch of sweetness, and season with salt and pepper. Here comes the magic – as you slowly pour in the olive oil, keep that whisk moving. Before you know it, you’ll have a beautifully emulsified, creamy dressing, ready to elevate any dish. Simple, right? Enjoy!

Versatile – Not Just for Salads

This dressing isn’t just delicious; it’s versatile too. It complements almost any salad, but if you want a specific recommendation, try it over my Spring Mix with Crispy Lentil and Zucchini noodles Salad. And if you’re on the lookout for more salad inspirations, don’t forget to browse the salad section on my website. But don’t limit this dressing just to salads. Personally, I’ve even enjoyed it drizzled over rice, and trust me, it’s fantastic. Then again, I’m a bit of a dressing enthusiast!
