When blended, they create a creamy and smooth texture that is perfect for dressings, dips, and sauces. They are also a great source of healthy fats and protein, making them a nutritious addition to any meal. Plus, their mild and nutty flavor can be easily enhanced by adding other ingredients, like lemon and lime juice, herbs, and spices.
