  • 3 cups cilantro measured before chopping (60 grams)

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed

  • juice of 1 lime (2 tablespoons)

  • juice of 1 lemon (3 tablespoons)

  • 1/4 cup water


  • Finely chop the cilantro and red onions.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients.
