Here’s What You’ll Need:

  1. Cottage Cheese: A protein-rich ingredient that adds a creamy and tangy element to the bars. It also provides a boost of nutrients like calcium and vitamins.
  2. Fresh Strawberries: Bursting with flavor and natural sweetness, fresh strawberries lend a vibrant and fruity taste to the bars. They also contribute essential vitamins, antioxidants, and dietary fiber.
  3. Honey: A natural sweetener that adds a touch of sweetness to the bars. It’s a healthier alternative to refined sugar and complements the flavors of the other ingredients.
  4. Almond Flour: A gluten-free and nutrient-dense flour made from ground almonds. It forms the base of the crust and adds a nutty flavor and a pleasant texture to the bars.
  5. Dates: These naturally sweet and sticky fruits are used to bind the almond flour crust together. They also provide fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

These simple and wholesome ingredients work together to create a satisfying and guilt-free dessert that you can enjoy with confidence.
