Ingredients

  • 9 Pitted Medjool dates

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup peanuts

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Flaky salt

Directions

  • Cut a slit in each date and remove the pit.
  • Fill each date with peanut butter, about 1 teaspoon.
  • Add two peanuts inside the date, over the peanut butter.
  • Place the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between each. It should take about 1 minute.
  • Dip just the top part of the dates in the melted chocolate.
  • With a knife, chop the remainder of the peanuts.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle flaky salt and chopped peanuts on top of the dates.
  • Place the dates in the fridge to help harden the chocolate.
