The creamy avocado is paired with the sweetness of the strawberries and the crunch of the roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. A sprinkle of salt adds a savory touch while honey brings a hint of natural sweetness. It’s a satisfying and energizing meal that will keep you feeling full and focused throughout your day.

What You’ll Need for this Strawberry Almond Avocado Toast:

  1. Bread – Any kind of bread to be toasted
  2. Avocados – Hass Avocados are the best!
  3. Strawberries – Fresh strawberries, the sweeter the better!
  4. Roasted Almonds – Gives the perfect crunch!
  5. Roasted sunflower seeds
  6. Roasted pumpkin seeds
  7. Salt – I love flaky salt.
  8. Honey – The sweet and salty combination is the best!

When it comes to avocado toast, I’m all about that hearty and crunchy bread. You need something that can handle all the delicious toppings without falling apart. One of my favorite toppings are roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Not only do they add a satisfying crunch, but they also bring some serious nutrition to the table with their protein and healthy fats. Plus, who doesn’t love a little extra texture? Here’s the thing – the real fun of this toast is trying to take a bite without dropping any of the toppings. It’s like a game of food Jenga, but way more delicious. So go ahead, give it a try and see if you can make it to the last bite without any casualties!
