  • 1 very ripe banana

  • 1/3 cup soy milk

  • For the topping:

Directions

  • In a 6 oz ramekin, mash the banana.
  • All all the ingredients (except Greek yogurt and maple syrup)
  • Please bring to the air fryer, turn it to 350 F, bake it for 13 minutes (no need to preheat)
  • Carefully remove the ramekin from the air fryer.
  • Add two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and one teaspoon of maple syrup on top of the baked oatmeal, gently mix, and spread it evenly.
  • For garnish, you can sprinkle cinnamon over the yogurt layer.
